After graduating with an honours degree in psychology I took a detour to learn life's wisdoms. The journey took me from corporate life to a fulfilling family and back again to the mysteries of the mind. Along the way I added qualifications in Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming and now offer counseling and clinical hypnotherapy. Helping my clients discover the pleasures of life and their true potential is my greatest joy. In recent years I have become very interested in the field of Neuro Plasticity -- basically the ability of our brains to be rewired.
